Ti2AlNb合金研究与展望

摘 要: Ti2AlNb合金是新一代航空发动机关键材料,具有低密度、高比强度、抗蠕变和抗氧化等优异特点,使其成为航空发动机用很有前途的轻质高温结构材料。本文综述了近年来国内外关于Ti2AlNb合金的研究进展,从Ti2AlNb合金的合金化、相变、组织演变和力学性能四个方面的研究成果进行了简要回顾,旨在更好地指导Ti2AlNb合金在航空领域的工程应用,同时,指出Ti2AlNb合金亟待解决的问题,并对其在航空发动机上的应用进行了展望。

Research and prospect of Ti2AlNb alloy

Abstract:Ti2AlNb alloy is the key material for new generation aero-engine with characteristics of low density, high specific strength, high creep resistance and excellent oxidation resistance, making it a promising light-mass, high-temperature structural material for aero-engine. This paper summarized the research progresses of Ti2AlNb alloy at home and abroad in recent years. A brief review of the research results in the four aspects of alloying, phase transformation, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties was conducted,aiming to better guide the engineering applications of Ti2AlNb alloy in aerospace field. At the same time, the problems to be solved urgently of Ti2AlNb alloy were pointed out and its applications in aero-engine is prospected.
