纤维金属层板构件成形工艺研究进展

摘 要: 纤维金属层板是一种具有特殊结构和优良综合性能的新型材料,具有很好的应用前景。主要介绍了纤维金属层板构件的多种成形工艺,对比分析了现有成形工艺的优缺点,并综述了近年来纤维金属层板构件成形工艺的发展成果。最后,结合国内外的研究现状,对纤维金属层板构件成形工艺的发展趋势及发展中存在的问题提出了几点思考。

Abstract:Fiber metal laminate is a novel functional material with unique structure and excellent characteristics, and it has good prospects for application. In this paper, the forming methods and technology of FMLs component were mainly introduced. In addition, the advantage and disadvantage of each method were also compared, and the development results of the forming process on FMLs component in recent years were summarized. Finally, combined with the research status at home and abroad, some considerations for the development trends of the forming process on FMLs component and existing problems were put forward.
