摘 要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉伸试验等手段系统研究去应力退火对Ti6321合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经去应力退火处理后,Ti6321合金的晶间β相中析出了少量的细针状α相,屈服强度、抗拉强度均有明显提高,伸长率变化不大。去应力退火不会对材料的性能产生不利影响。

Abstract:The effect of stress relieving treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy was systemically investigated by optical micrograph, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and tensile tests. After stress relieving treatment, nanoscale acicular α could be seen in the intergranular β. Yield strength and tensile strength was significantly improved, the elongation was not influenced. Stress relieving treatment does not significantly affect the mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy.
