Al2O3悬浮液分散稳定性的影响因素

摘 要: 研究分散剂聚丙烯酸铵(NH4PAA)加入量、pH值、固相体积分数、球磨时间和离子强度对Al2O3陶瓷悬浮液黏度和沉降高度的影响。结果表明:分散剂加入量、pH值、固相体积分数、球磨时间和离子强度均对悬浮液的分散稳定性有显著影响。当分散剂加入量为0.8%(质量分数)、pH为9.5、固相体积分数为50%、球磨时间为24 h时、离子强度为0时,悬浮液的黏度和沉降高度达到最小值,分散稳定性达到最佳。

Influence factors for stability behavior of Al2O3 suspension

Abstract:The effects of the dispersant ammonium poly-acrylate (NH4PAA) content, pH value, volume fraction of solid phase, ball milling time and ionic strength on the viscosity and sedimentation height of Al2O3 suspension were examined in detail. The results show that the ammonium poly-acrylate (NH4PAA) content, pH value, volume fraction of solid phase, ball milling time and ionic strength significantly influence the dispersion and stability behavior of Al2O3 suspension. The viscosity and sedimentation height achieve the minimum value at dispersant content of 0.8% (mass fraction), pH value of 9.5, volume fraction of solid phase of 50%, ball milling time of 24 h, and then dispersion and stability behavior achieves the best value.
