摘 要: 采用纯金属箔叠加反应烧结法制备由三元金属间化合物组成的TiAlNb合金。分别采用BEI、XRD、EDS进行组织观察、相分析以及相成分分析,并对烧结时的反应过程及相组成的演变过程进行探讨。结果表明:采用不同的烧结工艺,可以获得多相的微叠层组织以及单相的均一组织;多相片层组织包含Nb2Al(σ)相、Nb3Al(δ)相、Ti3Al(α2)相及TiAl(γ)相,各相层界面明晰;在均一相组织中,主要由Ti2AlNb(O)相和固溶体(β)相组成;烧结组织取决于烧结温度、保温时间及对试样施加的压力。

Abstract:Ti, Al, Nb ternary intermetallics were prepeared by sintering of multi layers of pure metal. The microsturcture, phase type and phase component were studied by BEI, XRD and EDS. The phase evolution during the sintering process was studied. the results show that both multi and single phase can be obtained by different sintering processes. Multi phase exists in a lamellar form consisting of Nb2Al(σ), Nb3Al(δ), Ti3Al(α2) and TiAl(γ). In contrast, uniform phase mainly contains Ti2AlNb(O) and solid solution(β). All these above microstructures depend on sintering temperature, holding time and pressures applied to the samples.
