TA2钛合金板的阳极氧化工艺

摘 要: 研究TA2钛合金板的阳极氧化处理工艺,并提出一种以阳极氧化法为基础,结合网版印刷和蚀刻技术,在钛及其合金表面制备复杂颜色组合图案的工艺。结果表明:随着电解电压的升高,氧化钛膜的厚度增加,表面呈现出不同的颜色。

Anodization technique of TA2 titanium alloy plate

Abstract:The anodization of TA2 was studied. Based on anodizing, printing and etching, process was proposed to prepare complex colors on Ti and Ti alloys. The results show that with the in crease of the voltage, the thickness of oxide layer increases, which results in different colors on the surface.
