摘 要: 以ZTC4合金框形铸件为对象,采用Solidworks建模,以Meshcast软件进行网格剖分,解决三维模型与网格分析软件之间的接口问题,采用Pro-cast软件分析了铸件充型过程中液体流动及温度场分布规律,预测铸件中缩孔、铁豆易出现的位置,预测结果与铸件实际情况相吻合。将分析结论应用于同类型更大更复杂的框形铸件的工艺优化中,避免同类缺陷的发生。

Abstract:The frame-shaped ZTC4 alloy castings were investigated. Solidworks was used to build the model. Meshcast was used to subdivise the grid. The interface problem between the three-dimensional model and the software used to subdivise the grid was resolved. The orderliness of the liquid flowing and the distribution of the temperature field were analyzed by using Pro-cast during the filling processing. The locations of the shrinkage cavity and the cold-shots were forecasted. The forecasted results agree with the forecasting. The same defect could be avoided through using the analysis results to optimize the technique of the same type castings with larger size and more complex structure.
