摘 要: 在Gleeble−1500热模拟机上对Ti80合金进行了热模拟压缩试验,变形温度为800~1 050 ℃,应变速率为0.001~10 s−1,最大变形量为60%。变形组织分析表明:在低应变速率或接近相变温度的高应变速率条件下变形,可以发生动态再结晶。根据热压缩试验数据建立的加工图表明:Ti80合金在高温变形时主要有2个合适的加工区域,一个是变形温度为800~950 ℃,应变速率为0.01 s−1以下的区域;另一个是在相变温度以下40 ℃内,应变速率为10 s−1以上的区域。

Abstract:The isothermal compression of Ti80 alloy was carried out on a Gleeble−1500 simulator at temperature of 800−1 050 ℃, strain rate of 0.001−10 s−1 and maximum deformation of 60%. The microstructure analysis after hot deformation indicates that recrystallization occurs under the condition of low strain rate and high strain rate near transformation temperature. According to the experimental data, the obtained processing map presents two suitable process zones, including temperature region of 800−950 ℃ and under 0.01 s−1 and that of 40 ℃ lower than transformation temperature and beyond 10 s−1 of strain rates.
