摘 要: 研究固溶+时效工艺对一种新型高强高韧损伤容限型钛合金Ti-62A的组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:该合金在两相区固溶+时效处理后,合金的基本组织类型为典型的网篮状组织,即层片状的α相和β转变组织;经过热机械处理以后,合金的综合力学性能良好,抗拉强度达到1 185 MPa,屈服强度达到1 100 MPa,且兼具有良好的塑性匹配。

Abstract:Effects of solution and aging processing on microstructure and tensile properties of a new type of high strength and high toughness titanium alloy for damage tolerance (Ti-62A) were discussed. The experimental results show that typical microstructure of the alloy in α/β solution and aging is basket-like microstructure (the strip of α phase and β changes structure). After the thermal mechanical processing, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are excellent. The tensile strength of alloy is 1 185 MPa, and the yield strength is 1 100 MPa with a good plasticity.
