摘 要: 研究了厚度为10 mm的Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo合金(Ti-6321)板材经800、840、880、920及1 040 ℃热处理后力学性能、显微组织及冲击性能的变化。研究表明,为保证Ti-6321合金具有较高的综合性能,Ti-6321合金板材应选择的最佳退火制度为(880~920℃,1 h,AC)。

Abstract:The mechanical properties, microstructure and impact property of Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo alloy plate with thickness of 10 mm after annealing at 800, 840, 880, 920 and 1 040 ℃ were studied. The results show that the best annealing schedule is (880−920 ℃, 1 h, AC), in order to ensure the high comprehensive performance of Ti-6321 alloy.
