摘 要: 采用热膨胀法和金相法研究近α钛合金Ti60溶解动力学和固溶组织特征。结果表明:快速加热使得α相开始溶解温度升高,溶解速率加快;两相区固溶时α相发生溶解和球化,其形貌由等轴状转变为椭球或条状,形成细小、弥散的α相颗粒;随后在熟化过程中形成大小不一的初生α相。

Abstract:Analysis of α phase solution kinetics and solution microstructure characteristics were carried out by dilatometry and microscopic test. The results indicate that rapid heating treatment increases transformation temperature and velocity of α phase solution. Evolution of α phase during solution treatment includes solution, spheroidization, the shape of primary α phase changes from equiaxial to ellipsoidal or bar shapes, and finally small dispersed α particles. After that, primary α phases with different sizes form during ripening.
