摘 要: 介绍了一种采用b相区开坯、α2+B2相区热轧、利用四辊可逆冷轧机冷轧Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo O相合金0.1 mm厚箔材的工艺过程。研究轧后退火和固溶处理对合金箔材组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:退火后合金组织由等轴O相+B2相组成,其中O相(体积分数)约50%;固溶后合金组织由少量等轴O/α2相+B2相组成;经两种热处理工艺处理后,合金均能获得良好的室温拉伸性能。

Abstract:A technology of rolling of Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo orthorhombic alloy foil was introduced, which is blooming in b field, rolling in α2+B2 field and cold rolling by 4-high reverse cold roll mill. The effects of heat treatments on the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of the orthorhombic alloy foil were also discussed. The results show that the equiaxed O phase and B2 phase microstructures with 50% (volume fraction) O phase are obtained by annealing treatment; a little equiaxed O/α2 phase and B2 phase microstructures form by solution treatment. The room temperature tensile properties of foil by annealing or solution treatment are well.
