TC4-DT钛合金自由锻件组织与性能的影响因素

摘 要: 研究不同尺寸规格和质量的TC4-DT钛合金自由锻件的组织与性能的影响因素。结果表明:为获得具有均匀组织和性能的TC4-DT钛合金自由锻件,应尽量避免采用单火次、大变形量的锻造方式。在制定合适的锻后热处理制度时,应综合考虑锻件的最大截面和尺寸因素。

Influence factors of microstructure and property of TC4-DT titanium alloy free forgings

Abstract:The influence factors of microstructure and property uniformity of TC4-DT titanium alloy free forgings with different sizes and mass were studied. The results show that a TC4-DT titanium alloy free forging with uniform microstructure and property will be achieved by a multi-step forging process with different smaller deformation rates instead of single-step process with a larger deformation rate. The factors of maximum thickness of cross section and mass of forgings should also be taken into account when a proper heat-treatment processing is used.
