摘 要: 以多孔陶粒为载体,采用低温水热−模板剂法制备复合掺杂的La(S,C)-TiO2阵列膜,研究水热反应温度、非离子型高分子模板剂用量和La、S复合掺杂的协同效应对纳米TiO2膜性能的影响,并通过XRD、BET、EDS和SEM等手段进行表征。结果表明:水热反应温度为150 ℃,反应时间控制在10 h时可得到锐钛矿相的TiO2膜;模板剂P123用量为0.03(与Ti的摩尔比)时,可以将TiO2颗粒的比表面积从146 m2/g提高到240 m2/g,并形成有序排列的阵列膜;适量地复合掺杂La和S(C),可使TiO2膜的光催化活性大大提高,在3 h内将甲基橙完全降解。

Abstract:The La(S,C)-TiO2 oriented films were prepared on porous hadites by hydrothermal-templating method at low temperatures. The effects of the hydrothermal reaction temperature, addition of template agents, synergism effect of La/S codoping on the performances of nano-TiO2 films were studied. The performances of the films were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis BET, EDS and SEM. The results show that the TiO2 film with anatase phase is obtained when the hydrothermal reaction temperature is 150 ℃ and the reacting time is 10 h. The oriented film is obtained when the molar ratio of template P123 to Ti is 0.03, and the specific surface area of particles in the film increases from 146 m2/g to 240 m2/g. The appropriate amount of La and S codoping greatly improves the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film, which fully decomposes methyl orange in water within 3 h.
