摘 要: 对Zn78Al22合金在铸造和固溶处理之后,采用塑性变形和循环相变再加上时效,可以减小晶粒尺寸。结果表明,采用315、300℃加热、室温时效、循环相变5次或300℃加热0℃时效,可使合金的粒状晶粒尺寸减小到100nm。

Abstract:After casting and solution-treatment on Zn78Al22alloy, the phase transformation circles, the plastic deformation and aging were used to decrease the grain size of the alloys. The results show that the granular grain size of the alloys can be decreased to 100nm by the phase transformation circles when the heating temperature is 315℃and the aging temperature is ambient one or when the heating temperature is 300℃and the aging temperature is 0℃.
