摘 要: 探讨了电磁自约束定向生长条件下,温度分布对抽拉速度的响应,以及电磁搅拌引起的对流对温度分布以及固/液界面上温度梯度GL的作用。检测了液柱头高度,固/液界面位置对温度场以及温度梯度GL的影响。结果提供了几种增高温度梯度GL的有效途径。

Abstract:Under the condition of electromagnetic self-constrained directional solidification, the response of temperature distribution to drawing rate and the effects of convection caused by electromagnetic stirring on temperature distribution and temperature gradientGLon the solid/liquid interface were explored. Influences of meniscus height and solid/liquid interface position on temperature distribution andGLwere detected. Finally several effective ways to increaseGLwere
obtained from the experimental results.
