电磁场作用下铝及其合金的凝固结晶行为①

摘 要: 实验查明了电磁搅拌对铝及其合金的凝固结晶行为的影响:参数合适的电磁场可起到细化凝固l组织、加速凝固进程、减少偏析的良好作用。铸轧工业试验结果证明,电磁搅拌可使铸轧板坯组织细化到1级晶粒度。

Abstract:The test result of solidification of aluminum and its alloys with EMS showed that, the EMS with suitable parameters can add the number of crystal, and reduce the time of solidification and the ratio of segregation. The industrial experiment proved that the crystal degree of roll-casting plate reached 1 degree using EMS.
