La2O3基导电陶瓷室温电阻率的测试与研究①

摘 要: 主要研究La2O3基导电陶瓷的组成对其烧结性能及室温电阻率的影响。结果表明组成为(La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO的陶瓷具有良好的烧结性能以及最佳的室温电阻率。

Abstract:The influence of composition of La2O3-based conductive ceramics on its sintering property and resistivity at room temperature was studied. It was found that the ceramics with composition of (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO has the best sintering property and the lowest resistivity at room temperature.
