摘 要: 将含1.348/L Mo, 89g/L WO3, 26.109g/L CO32-的Na2WO4原料溶液,用膜电解回收游离碱后,转变钼为硫代钼酸盐,调整溶液浓度,并让其通过三根d 200mm及一根d 300mm的串联的交换柱,Mo、P、As Si在一列交换柱的不同部位被除去,而得到纯(NH4)2WO4溶液,最终产品达到GB10116-88的APT-0级标准。

APT FROM THE FEED WITH HIGH CONTENT
OF Mo BY ONE STEP ION-EXCHANGE PROCESS

Abstract:The Na2WO4solution containing Mo 1.34g/L, WO389g/L, CO2-326.19 g/L was processed in the expanding test.MoO2-4in aqueous feed was converted into MoS2-4after recovering excess alkali with electromembrane.Then the input concentration of feed was regulated, and the feed passed through a series of columns which consist of three d200 mm and oned300 mm exchange columns.Mo,P,As,Si were removed in different position of columns. The purified (NH4)2WO4solution was obtained and the quality of products reached the grade of APT-0(GB10116-88,P·R·C)
