摘 要: 通过“热搅拌聚合”方法从石油沥青和煤沥青中制备沥青中间相,再经磨粉、活化调整、模压和烧结工艺处理,制得具有自烧结功能的新型无粘结剂炭素材料,其抗弯强度高达50MPa。中间相粉末的R值对这种材料的最终性能有很大影响,适宜的R值在0.2~0.3之间。

Abstract:By means of“heating stirring polymerization”, pitch mesophase was prepared from petroleum pitch and coal tar pitch. Through the following processing, such as grinding, activating adjustment, moulding and sintering, a new type of binderless carbon material with self-sintering function was made from the pitch mesophase. The flexural strength of the material is higher than 50MPa. TheRvalue of the mesophase powder has significant influence on the final properties of the material, and the suitableRvalue is 0.2~0.3.
