摘 要: 在论述开发我国矿山企业微机局域网管理信息系统的必要性和重大现实意义的基础上，重点对系统的开发目标，系统总体结构与功能，网络选型等关键问题进行了全面系统的探讨。

Abstract:On the basis of discussing the necessity and the great realistic significance of developing micro-computer-LAN MIS for domestic mine enterprises, the key problems of system objectives, system general structure, system functions and the selection of network were discussed comprehensively and systematically.
