显微组织和室温力学性能及断裂机理的影响

摘 要: 研究了在小同相区保温和控制冷却速率的Fe-28Al-5Cr-0.3B-0.003Mg合金的微观组织和室温拉伸性能发现热机械处理可提高该材料的强韧性,而未再结晶并具有B2结构的试样的综合拉伸性能最佳;微观组织、断裂特征和强韧性能之间存在内在联系。

INFLUENCES OF HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM ON MICRO-STRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AT ROOM-TEMPERATURE AS WELL AS FRACTURE MECHANISM OF Fe-28Al-5Cr-0.3B-0.003Mg ALLOY

Abstract:Themicro -structuresandthetensilepropertiesatroomtemperatureofthe Fe -2 8 Al -5 Cr -0.3B -0.003Mg alloy have been examined with various holding temperatures in several phase zones and at different cooling rates. It was found that, thermally mechanical treatments can improve the alloy s strength and toughness and the comprehensive-tensile behaviours of the samples withB2 structure and with no re-crystallization structure possess optimum tensile behaviours. In addition there is an intrinsical relationship existing between microstructure,fracture characteristics, strength and toughness of the alloy tested.
