低分辨织构分析及其在线监测工业应用

摘 要: 低分辨织构分析指用有限的织构函数值或少量的织构系数进行织构分析的方法。根据该法可以由低阶织构函数模型，通过特征织构信息和相应的换算模型，计算金属板材的性能，因而可用于工业在线检测与监控。

LOW RESOLUTION TEXTURE ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION IN ON-LINE CONTROL

Abstract:Using limited values of the texture function or a few of its coefficients to carry out texture analysis is the so-called low resolution texture analysis. Based on this method,the anisotropy of physical properties such as Young's modulus, magnetic properties and others can be determined through low-order texture function model and relative translating model, and hence it can be used in on-line produce control.
