Abstract:Alloying strengthening for Fe-based alloys had been investigated, which prepared by metal powder injection moulding technology (MIM) and sintered under a strong reduction atmosphere. The results showed that the addition of Cu, Ni and Mo elements can make an appreciable solid solution strengthening, the alloy with composition of Fe-2Ni-2Cu-0.45Mo has mechanical properties as follows: σb =484 MPa, σs=340MPa, δ=9% and HRB83.
