摘 要: 采用XRD、 OM、 SEM及EMPA,分析了新型铝锡硅轴承合金的微观结构。根据相图,探讨了合金的结晶过程。结果表明:新型铝锡硅合金的非平衡结晶相组织由α(Al)、Si、β(Sn)3 相组成。β(Sn)相依附于共晶Si凝固并以近网状分布于晶界;经过适当的均匀化处理,β(Sn)相以Si为核心聚集球化而形成Sn环绕Si的软硬相相结合的“包晶”式相结构。此外,凝固组织的化学成分分析结果表明:合金元素未产生宏观偏析现象。

Abstract:The microstructure of new Al-Sn-Si bearing alloy was analyzed by XRD, OM, SEM and EMPA. According to the equilibrium diagrams,crystallization of the alloy was discussed. It is demonstrated that the microstructure consists of α(Al), Si, and β(Sn) phases, β(Sn) phases are solidified around Si and distributed in the grain boundary as network structure. The "peritectic-type" structure of silicon surrounded with tin is formed by homogenization. Chemical analysis shows that there is no macro-segregation of the elements in the alloy.
