Al-Ti-B晶粒细化合金中的有效形核相

摘 要: 研究了Al-Ti-B晶粒细化合金中各化合物相TiAl3、TiB2和AlB2对铝晶粒的细化作用。结果表明,TiAl3相是有效形核相,TiB2和AlB2相不能单独作为形核相,B对Al-Ti-B的细化作用有显著影响,但B及硼化物不能单独影响细化过程,而是富集在TiAl3相中对细化过程产生重要影响。

EFFECTIVE NUCLEATION PARTICLES IN GRAIN REFINING OF Al-Ti-B MASTER ALLOY

Abstract:The effects of TiAl3, TiB2 and AlB2 phases in the Al-Ti-B master alloy on grain refining of aluminium were studied. The results showed that the TiAl3 phase is an effective nucleation agent, while the TiB2 and AlB2 phases can not be nucleation particles alone. The boron which has marked influence on the grain refin ing of Al-Ti-B master alloys does not have effect on refining process alone, but it would produce important effect on the refining process when it concentrates in the TiAl3 phases.
