摘 要: 石墨纤维增强镁基复合材料由于基体中加入了铝元素,其界面情况变得较为复杂。对采用真空压力浸渍法制备的俄罗斯产石墨纤维增强ZM5 镁基复合材料在透射电子显微镜下观察发现,界面结合良好,基体与纤维间无化学反应,但存在着大小形状不同的析出物,经电子衍射和EDS能谱分析为γ-Mg17Al12相;在近界面区域也有相存在,并且与镁基体存在一定的位向关系;同时在界面附近存在着大量位错和孪晶等晶体缺陷。

Abstract:The interfacial structure of graphite fiber reinforced magnesium matrix composites becomes complex because of the addition of Al into the matrix. The ZM5 magnesium matrix composites reinforced with Russia graphite fibers were made by vacuum pressure infiltration and examined by TEM. It is found that the interfacial bonding is good, there is no chemical reaction between the fibers and the matrix; but there areγ-Mg17Al12 precipitates with different shapes and sizes on the interface, which were identified by selected area diffraction and EDS analysis. Also there are a lot of crystal defects, such as dislocations and twins, found near the interface.
