NdFeCoZrB合金的氢化/歧化/脱氢/重组工艺

摘 要: 研究了氢化/歧化/脱氢/重组(简称HDDR)工艺过程中NdFeCoZrB合金相组成和磁性能的变化规律。结果表明,经氢化/歧化后合金中除了正常的歧化产物外,还存在少量未分解的Φ 相晶粒残核;在脱氢/重组过程中,随着真空中氢气压力ps 的降低, 磁粉中重组形成的Φ 相的体积分数不断增加,同时粉末粘结磁体的内禀矫顽力线性升高, 磁各向异性值在ps=60 kPa处出现最大值。分析表明,HDDR粉末的磁各向异性是通过重组过程中Φ 相在残留晶核处的择优形核形成的,但在较低的ps Φ相还发生了任意形核,并对HDDR粉末磁各向异性的形成具有不利影响。

A STUDY ON HDDR PROCESS OF NdFeCoZrB ALLOY

Abstract:Phases and magnetic properties of NdFeCoZrB alloy during the HDDR process were studied. It was found that some residual particles of Φ phase co-exist with decomposed products in the disproportionated alloy. During the desorption-recombination transformations, the volume fraction of recombined Φ phase is increased with decreasing hydrogen pressure ps in vacuum, and intrinsic coercivity of bonded magnets is linearly increased whereas a maximum anisotropy is determined at ps =60 kPa. The results suggest that a preferred nucleation on the basis of the residual particles of Φ phase be the origin of anisotropy of HDDR-received powders, but a random nucleation under lower ps produces negative effect on the development of anisotropy.
