摘 要: 利用常规和高分辨电镜(HREM),研究了热形变Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5Mn-0.05B (摩尔分数)合金中偏离严格取向关系的α2/γ片层与非严格孪晶关系的γ/γT 片层以及这些非平衡片层界面的精细结构,并提出了这些非平衡片层形成的可能位错反应机制。

Abstract:Theα2/γ?lamellar deviating the strict orientation relationship and γ/γT lamellar without the strict twin relationship in a hot-deformed Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5Mn-0.05B(mole percent) alloy were investigated by the conventional-electron microscopy and high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM), as well as the fine structures on these nonequilibrium interlamellar interfaces. The possible dislocation reactions of the nonequilibrium interface formation were also supposed.
