摘 要: 研究了加热温度和时间对铜钛爆炸复合板界面结合强度的影响,试验研究结果表明:加热温度是影响界面结合强度的主要因素,加热时间为次要因素。铜钛爆炸复合板只在700 ℃以下短时加热,界面结合强度牺牲较少,才可保证复合板结构件的安全使用。

Abstract:The effects of heating temperature and time on binding strength of interface of Cu/Ti composite plates made by explosion process were studied. The results showed that heating temperature is the main effective factor and heating time is the minor one. Only when Cu/Ti composite plate is heated below 700 ℃ for a short-time, and the binding strength of the inferface decreases a little, can the use security of composite plate construction part be ensured.
