摘 要: 硼化钛是近年来很受重视的特种陶瓷材料,其特点是耐高温、抗腐蚀、导电性好,因而被认为是一种在结构材料和功能材料领域中都很有发展前途的材料。该论 文通过对KCl-NaCl-K2TiF6-KBF4体系中Ti(Ⅳ)、B( Ⅲ)的阴极电极过程及电化学合成TiB2 的研究, 探讨了该体系中Ti(Ⅳ)、B(Ⅲ) 的阴极放电机理,确定了熔盐电解法制备TiB2 的优化操作条件。

Abstract:Titanium diboride is considered to be an attractive material in constructional and functional ceramics fields for its characteristics such as good refractoriness, high conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The mechanism of the cathode process of Ti(Ⅳ), B(Ⅲ) in molten NaCl-KCl-K2TiF6-KBF4 system was investigated by means of linear and cyclic voltammetry. The optimum operational parameters for electrochemical synthesis of TiB2 compact coatings or powders have been obtained in the same molten salts system.
