摘 要: 研究了不同组成的La2O3基导电陶瓷的高温电阻率,结果表明: (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO及(La2O3)1-2a·(X2O5)2a·CuO具有较低的高温电阻率。由于兼有金属导电机制和半导体导电机制,且两种导电机制随温度变化的作用相反,La2O3基导电陶瓷在室 温到1 000 ℃的温度范围内电阻率变化不大。

Abstract:The resistivities at high temperature were studied of conductive ceramics based on La2O3 with different compositions. The results showed that those of (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO and (La2O3)1-2a·(X2O5)2a·CuO are relatively low. The resistivity change is very small between room temperature and 1 000 ℃ because the samples possess conductive mechanisms of both metal and semi-conductor, and these two kinds of mechanisms act contrary with the change of temperature.
