摘 要: 从近自由电子模型出发,考虑到类金属原子外壳层 s、p 电子向过渡金属原子未满 d 壳层空位的迁移,提出了一种估算高类金属含量 TM-M 非晶合金总有效传导电子数的方法,通过与 Ni 基非晶合金Hall 系数和低温电子比热实验数据的比较,发现实验数据与理论估算值符合得较好。

Abstract:Based on the nearly-free-electron model, a method to estimate the total effective conducting electron numbers Zth in Ni-based amorphous alloys with high metalloid contents was given, by considering electrons moving from outer-shell of metalloid atoms to unfilled d-shell of transition metal atoms. As compared with the experimental data of Hall coefficient R0exp and electron specific heat coefficient γexp in Ni-based amorphous alloys, it is found that they are in good agreement with each other.
