粘土固化浆液塑性强度增长规律及其影响因素

摘 要: 结构剂加量、水泥加量与粘土原浆粘度对粘土固化浆液的初凝时间都有影响, 它们的影响程度各不相同, 其中结构剂加量为2%时, 初凝时间最 短, 仅几秒钟。粘土固化浆液塑性强度增长缓慢, 早期强度低, 后期强度(第18天的塑性强度) 可达数兆帕,调整水泥加量、结构剂加量与原浆粘度可调节浆液塑性强度值。

EFFECT FACTORS AND INCREASING LAW OF PLASTIC STRENGTH (PS) OF CLAY HARDENING GROUTS

Abstract:Gelling time of the Clay Hardening Grouts (CHG ) can be adjusted from some dozens minutes to seconds by adding cement and constructure agent and adjusting the viscosity of the mud. Constructional agent being 2%, gel time is the shortest, about seconds. Content of cement and viscosity of clay mud will, also, affect the gelling time, but their effects are not the same . The increasing rate of plastic strength (Ps) of the grouts is slow, the early Ps is lower, the later Ps may be 1~2MPa. After 18th day, Ps of the grouts may be some MPa by adjusting the content of cement, structural agent and viscosity of clay mud.
