摘 要: 首次采用EDTA络合物型溶胶-凝胶法制备平均粒径为10 nm的ZrO2-8%(摩尔分数,%,下同)Y2O3纳米粉末。 用DTA/TG, XRD, BET, TEM等方法对粉末进行了表征。研究了pH值、反应物浓度和EDTA加入量等因素对粉末比表面积的影响。

Abstract:Nanometer ZrO2-8(mole fraction, %) Y2O3 powders with the average particle size of 10 nm were prepared by the EDTA sol-gel method. DTA/TG, XRD, BET and TEM were employed to characterize the powders . The operating conditions such as pH value, concentration of solution, and quantity of EDTA were investigated in order to understand their effects on the specific surface area of the powders.
