摘 要: 根据凿岩过程中钎头进入溶洞卡钎区时推进压力的变化特征,提出了利用推进压力反馈自动进行防溶洞卡钎控制。通过对推进压力反馈自动防卡钎控制条件的研究分析, 确定了自动防溶洞卡钎的计算机控制模型, 并进行了防溶洞卡钎性能仿真计算和实验测试。理论分析计算和实验结果表明,计算机控制的防溶洞卡钎性能,优于纯液压控制的防溶洞卡钎性能; 在三种防卡钎控制条件中,推进压力相对时间变化量的条件最好。

Abstract:According to the variance feature of the feed oil pressure when drill bit coming into rock-drilling jamming area in hydraulic rock-drilling process, it was put forward that the feedback of the feed oil pressure can be applied to control rock-drilling anti-jamming. Based on the analysis of the control condition of rock-drilling anti-jamming by the feedback of the feed oil pressure, a computer-controlled model was established.
