摘 要: 以TiCl3为源物质, 制备了纳米级TiO2粉末材料。 通过差热分析(DTA),X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等实验手段研究了不同温度下烧结的TiO2的形态和结构。结果表明, 采用这一工艺在300 ℃烧结就可获得纳米金红石型TiO2,在800℃烧结其尺寸达100 nm左右; 形貌分析表明, 制备的金红石晶粒常见形态为单形。

Abstract:Nanoscale TiO2 powder materials were prepared using TiCl3 as a source matter. DTA, XRD and TEM were adopted to study the morphologies and structures of TiO2 sintered at various temperatures. The nanoscale rutile-type TiO2 could be easily obtained by sintered at 300 ℃, the crystal diameters reached about 100 nm when sintered at 800 ℃. The morphogy study showed that the rutile crystals prepared were simplex.
