摘 要: 采用接触角测定、 动电位测定、 吸附量测定及紫外光谱等多种手段研究了不同碱性介质中CTP与矿物表面的作用机理。结果表明CTP阴离子与黄铁矿表面发生化学吸附,而与黄铜矿表面作用较弱;在混合精矿体系中,CTP在选择性吸附于黄铁矿表面的同时解吸了矿物表面的黄药。 在钙离子存在条件下,CTP与黄铁矿和黄铜矿作用差距变大。

Abstract:The interaction mechanism of CTP with pyrite and chalcopyrite has been studied using the contact angle test, Zeta-potential test and the adsorption of reagents. The results showed that the anion of CTP has strong interaction on the surface of pyrite and has weak interaction on the surface of chalcopyrite, CTP can selectively adsorb on the surface of pyrite as well as dis-adsorb the xanthate on the pyrite surface in the mixed concentrate pulp. The difference between interaction of CTP and pyrite and that of CTP and chalcopyrite become larger in the presence of Ca2+.
