摘 要: 研究了合金元素Zn、 Al对新型减振降噪(高阻尼)铸造Mn- Cu合金Ms点、 减振性能及力学性能的影响,重点讨论了合金成分与减振性能SDC及力学性能的关系。开发了高 阻 尼、 高强度锰铜基阻尼合金ZMnD-1J,最优成分为Mn50%、Zn 5%、Al 2%、 余量Cu。典型性能:SDC=44.5%,σb=678MPa, δ=24.1%。 Mn-Cu 系新型高阻尼功能材料的减振能力很高,同时力学性能可达ZGD345-570的水平, 可做结 构材料使用。

Abstract:The effects of the elements of zinc and aluminium on Ms point damping and mechanical property of Mn-Cu alloy were studied. The relations between the alloy components with damping property and mechanical property were also discussed. So a kind of high damping, high strength Mn-Cu matrix alloy (ZMnD-1J) was exploited, whose best constituent is Mn 50%, Zn 5%, Al 2%, and Cu the balence. The typical properties SDC=44.5%, σb=678 MPa, δ=24.1%. The damping capacity of Mn-Cu high damping material is high, meanwhile its mechanical properties are comparable with that of ZGD345-570. It can be used as structural material.
