翅片管轧制工艺润滑剂性能特征与配方模式

摘 要: 分析了翅片管轧制过程润滑剂性能特征， 从减摩性、 冷却性、 稳定性等方面综合探讨了润滑剂配方模式， 在此基础上， 研制了一种轧片工艺润滑剂， 该润滑剂各项性能达到了进口同类润滑剂性能水平， 并已用于工业生产， 替代了进口产品。

FEATURE PROPERTIES AND PRESCRIPTION MODEL
OF TECHNOLOGY LUBRICANT FOR FIN-TUBE ROLLING

Abstract:The feature properties of lubricant used for fin-tube rolling was analysed. From the view of reducing friction, cooling and stability, the prescription model of lubricant for fin-tube rolling was studied. Based on the study, a new kind of lubricant has been studied, its properties reached the same level as imported lubricant from U.S.A.
