摘 要: 用Ca(OH)2饱和溶液在超声波作用下制备出稳定的羟基磷灰石溶胶 (HAP-sol)。X射线衍射,TEM和电子衍射测试表明溶胶中的HAP由针状微晶组成。体外细胞培养实验发现HAP-sol对W-256癌肉瘤细胞和艾氏腹水瘤细胞的增殖均具有较强的抑制作用,HAP-sol与上述瘤细胞接触24 h后其半数有效抑制浓度分别为189 mg /L 和210 mg/L。

Abstract:The Hydroxyapatite-sol(HAP-sol) was synthesized by ultrasonic irradiation. The detections of XRD, TEM and electron diffraction showed that the hydroxyapatite in HAP-sol consisted of needle-like microcrystals. The cell culture experiments in vitro indicated that HAP-sol strongly inhibited the proliferation of W-256 and Aishi abdomen sarcoma cells. Its half effective inhibition concentrations were 189 mg/L and 210 mg/L respectively after HAP-sol was in contact of 24 h with tumour cell.
