摘 要: 水力旋流器可用于脱除水体中的漂浮油和分散油,在环境工程中适用于小批量和船舶等特殊场合含油废水的处理。采用d50 mm旋流器对含油废水进行了油水分离实验研究,分别讨论了角锥比、工作压力、含油类型和水温等参数对脱油效率的影响,并用旋流器中离心力场的“聚并上浮”和紊流场的“碎裂弥散 ”观点合理地解释了试验规律。实验结果表明:用d50 mm旋流器,当溢流口直径8 mm,底流口直径11 mm, 工作压力0.28 MPa,水温15 ℃,处理锅炉厂质量浓度为1 025 mg/L的含机油废水时得到的底流,含油质量浓度为82 mg/L,溢流产率23.35%,脱油率93.89%。

Abstract:The hydrocyclone can be used for separating float-oil and disperse-oil in water, and is suitable for the treatment of oil-containing wastewater of small amount in environment engineering. Based on experiment, the effects of apex/vortex ratio, work pressure, oil-containing type and water temperature on the efficiency of separating oil have been discussed, and experiment rules were explained by disintegrate-disperse and mass-rise theory. The oil-containing wastewater of 1 025 mg/L consistence was treated using a d50 mm hydrocyclone with overflow diameter 8 mm, underflow diameter 11 mm at work pressure 0.28 MPa, water temperature 15 ℃, obtained results were underflow oil-containing consistence 82 mg/L, overflow yield ratio 23.35%, oil separation ratio 93.89%.
