铜/钢反向凝固复合实验研究

摘 要: 反向凝固复合技术是生产双金属复合材料的一种新方法,具有高效、低耗、短流程特点。以包铜钢线为研究对象,介绍了反向凝固复合工艺特点,系统地研究了各工艺参数对包复比的影响,并对实验结果作了理论分析。

Experimental study of inversion casting of copper clad steel

Abstract:  Inversion casting technology is a new way for making cladding materials which have characteristics of high efficiency, low consumption and short technological process. Based on the production of copper clad steel wire, the characteristic of inversion casting is introduced, and the rule of parameter influencing cladding specific value systematically value studied. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed.
