摘 要: 在机械破碎ZrCrNi合金制备氢化物电极合金粉末时, 通过向合金中添加2%(质量分数,%)的机械合金化法制备的纳米晶MmNi5, 制备了一种复合粉末。 充放电实验结果表明, 采用这种合金粉末制备的电极的活化性能比用没有添加MmNi5的合金粉末制备的电极的活化性能优异得多。 合金粉末的结构与形貌分别采用XRD, TEM和SEM等方法进行了分析。 对这种复合粉末的活化机理进行了探讨。

FOR ACTIVATION OF ZrCrNi HYDRIDE ELECTRODES

Abstract:In the process of mechanical pulverization of ZrCrNi alloy for preparing hydride electrode alloy powder, 2%(mass fraction, %) nanocrystalline MmNi5 synthesized by mechanical alloying was added. It was found that the activation property of the electrode prepared with this alloy powder was much better than that of the electrode prepared with the alloy powder without nanocrystalline MmNi5 added in. The powder samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The activation mechanism was also discussed.
