摘 要: 建立了更加符合筒形件实际强旋过程的有限元模型,对筒形件反旋过程进行了三维刚塑性有限元数值模拟。获得了筒形件反旋变形时的应力和应变速率分布,解释了反旋时的胀径、缩径及母线偏转和隆起等问题,求得了反旋过程 中旋压力的变化,其结果与实测结果吻合较好。

Abstract:A finite element model which fits well with the nature process of tube spinning was built and the process of backward tube spinning was simulated by 3D rigid-plastic FEM. The distributions of stress and strain rate have been obtained. The results can well interpret the radial expansion and radial contraction, deflection of the generatrices and upheaval, etc. The varying of the working force in backward tube spinning is given, it agrees with the experimental result well .
