制备工艺条件对泡沫镍抗拉强度的影响

摘 要:     为采用较合适的工艺条件获得满足一定力学性能的泡沫镍产品,以有机泡沫电沉积法为基础,探讨了几种具体工艺条件对所得产品抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,在氨分解气氛中980 ℃为时40 min的烧结之前,预加一个600 ℃为时4 min的空气烧解以及将烧结温度降低到850 ℃,对最终产品的抗拉强度基本没有影响。保持上述工艺条件不变,导电化处理时涂覆约1μm厚的石墨基导电胶或化学镀约3μm的镍层(含P量约5% ),所得产品的抗拉强度也基本相同。

INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGY CONDITION ON TENSILE STRENGTH OF NICKEL FOAM

Abstract:Effect of different technology conditions on tensile strength of the nickel foam produced by electrodeposition on the organic foam has been investigated, and it was found that the tensile strength was hardly influenced by burning in air at 600 ℃ for 4 min before hand, and lowering the sintering temperature to 850 ℃, then sintering in NH3 decomposition atmosphere at 980 ℃ for 40 min; and besides above yet done whether by coating a graphite-base conductive colloid layer about 1μm thick or by chemically plating a Ni-P alloy (about 5%P) layer about 3 μm thick.
