摘 要: 以NiCrWC混合粉末为原料,对TiAl合金进行激光表面合金化处理,制得了以γNiCrAlTi镍基固溶体为基体,以TiC,W2C及M23C6 为增强相的耐磨复合材料表面改性层。分析了改性层的组织,并测试了其在滑动摩擦试验条件下的耐磨性。实验结果表明,激光表面合金化涂层具有较高的硬度及较好的耐磨性。

Abstract:γNiCrAlTi/TiCW2CM23C6 composite coatings were fabricatedon γTiAl intermetallic alloy by laser surface alloying withNiCrWC alloy powder precoatings. Microstructures of the composite coatings were investigated by OM, SEM, XRD and EDS and the wear resistance of the laser treated samples were evaluated under full dry sliding friction condition. The results show that the lasersurface alloyed composite coatings have high hardness and good wear resistance.
