常压酸浸闪锌矿的条件对锌浸出率的影响

摘 要:   研究了在常压、 通氧条件下,用浓硫酸浸取闪锌矿制取硫酸锌时酸浸条件对锌浸取率的影响。 实验表明, 当硫酸浓度为40%(质量比), 液固比为6~7∶1(质量比), 酸浸温度控制在110~120  ℃, 浸取时间为2  h, 氧流量为每升酸浸液40~50  cm3/min时, 锌浸取率大于95%, 闪锌矿中所含的硫大部分以单质硫析出。

Effects of conditions of soaking blende with sulfuric acid onrate of leaching zinc in oxygen and at normal pressure

Abstract:  Zinc sulfate was produced in process of soaking blende with sulfuric acid of high concentration in oxygen and at normal pressure. The effects of leaching conditions with sulfuric acid on the rateof leaching zinc has been discussed. The results show that the rate of leaching zinc is above 95% andsulfur among blende mostly become elemental sulfur under the conditions ofthe concentration of sulfuric acid of 40% (in mass), the ratio of liquid to solid of 6~7∶1 (in mass), the temperature of the soaking process controlledfrom 110  ℃ to 120 ℃, the soaking time 2  h, and the oxygen flux through each liter leaching liquid 40~50   cm3/min.
