摘 要: 对CuOAl粉末预制块在不同温度下反应, 测试其温度随时间的变化曲线, 利用X射线衍射仪对其反应后的试样进行物相分析, 得出产生热爆的反应温度及不同温度下的反应产物。 结果表明, CuOAl体系化学反应存在3个不同温度区域,即稳定区、 反应不完全区和反应完全区。 反应完全区易出现热爆现象。

Abstract: Temperaturetime analysis curves were tested and Xray diffraction was applied to examine the specimens processed from CuOAlpowder compacts after reaction. The reaction temperature of thermal explosion and reaction product were obtained. The results show that the chemical reaction of CuOAl system includes three stages, i.e. stable period, incomplete reaction period and complete reaction period in which termal explosion often occurs.
