摘 要: 用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法和传统的固相方法分别合成了Li3VO4单相。产物的粉末和烧结体应用DTATG, XRD, TEM, SEM及交流阻抗谱技术进行了表征和比较。实验结果表明, 与传统的固相反应方法相比, 用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法合成Li3VO4所需温度约低350 ℃, 产物的离子导电性高一个数量级。 粉体粒径在80nm以下, 在15~600℃温度范围内, 产物烧结体的离子电导率为10-8 ~10-4 S·cm-1 。

Abstract:Synthesis of Li3VO4 by the citrate solgel method and solid state reaction method were studied. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTATG, XRD, TEM, SEM and AC impedance technique. Compared with the samples prepared by the conventional solid state reaction, the experimental results show that the Li3VO4 with a powder diameter of 80 nm prepared by citrate solgel at a molar radio of metal ions to citric acid 1∶3 has higherionic conductivity; and its reaction temperature lowered about 350 ℃. The Li3VO4 pure phase is formed at over 600 ℃ by citrate solgel method and the conductivity is 10-6 ~10-4 S·cm-1 at 15 ℃ to 600 ℃.
