Li3VO4离子导体材料的合成及其离子导电性

摘 要: 用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法和传统的固相方法分别合成了Li3VO4单相。产物的粉末和烧结体应用DTATG, XRD, TEM, SEM及交流阻抗谱技术进行了表征和比较。实验结果表明, 与传统的固相反应方法相比, 用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法合成Li3VO4所需温度约低350 ℃, 产物的离子导电性高一个数量级。 粉体粒径在80nm以下, 在15~600℃温度范围内, 产物烧结体的离子电导率为10-8 ~10-4 S·cm-1

Synthesis and ionic conductivity of Li3VO4

Abstract:Synthesis of Li3VO4 by the citrate solgel method and solid state reaction method were studied. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTATG, XRD, TEM, SEM and AC impedance technique. Compared with the samples prepared by the conventional solid state reaction, the experimental results show that the Li3VO4 with a powder diameter of 80  nm prepared by citrate solgel at a molar radio of metal ions to citric acid 1∶3 has higherionic conductivity; and its reaction temperature lowered about 350  ℃. The Li3VO4 pure phase is formed at over 600  ℃ by citrate solgel method and the conductivity is 10-6 ~10-4 S·cm-1 at 15 ℃ to 600  ℃.
